The second phase of the mixed-use development in the overlap between Deep Ellum and Downtown, the tower needed to continue the logic of Epic tower 1while finding a clear logic in response to its unique contextual conditions. Positioned between downtown and the first phase of the development, the tower’s rectangular form is carved in response to specific view corridors to maintain views of the skyline.
