Challenged with the task of elevating the design quality of the second phase of an office and medical office condo development within the same budget and architectural language, we focused on maximizing the impact of the only consistent visitor experience across each unit – the lobby. Taking advantage of a zoning requirement for roof articulation, a large monitor extends upward at each entry creating a double height space filled with natural light. This larger gesture also visually links the individual buildings to form a more cohesive development.
