Designed to maintain the startup culture of a rapidly growing technology company, the project organizes workspaces into a series of connected terraces set into a hillside. With parking nestled partially below grade, the building emerges from the hilly landscape as a piece of connective infrastructure much like the highway bridges over the adjacent Scioto River. The two phases of the project are connected by an elevated outdoor garden with framed views of the Downtown Columbus skyline.
